Returning to Campus
Returning home can be a joyful time, but adjusting back to your life in the U.S. can also be challenging and stressful. Resources are available both on and off campus for you to help process your experience and make your readjustment positive.
Feeling Sick
If you don’t feel well after international travel (or anytime), visit the University Health Services. Be sure to inform UHS where you have been in the last 12 months.

Let's Talk
Consider making an appointment with your past or current physician / therapist / counselor to discuss returning to your routine back in South Bend and readjusting to life on main campus.
