Annual Clery & Fire Safety Reports
Each year the University publishes the Annual Clery Security and Fire Safety Report, shortened to Annual Security Report (ASR), in compliance with the Clery Act. The ASR discloses campus crime statistics, institutional polices concerning law enforcement, alcohol and drug policies, emergency response procedures, and crime reporting, and important fire safety information and on-campus resident hall fire statistics.

To obtain a printed copy of the ASR, contact the NDPD Chiefs' office. ASRs from years previous to 2019 are available to the public through the University Archives.
