Reserved Parking Program

Faculty and Staff Reserved Parking Program

The Reserved Parking Program, available to full-time faculty and staff members (certain exceptions may apply), serves as an optional convenience to those seeking a permanent parking space. To participate in this program, faculty and staff members must enter a waitlist to request a space based upon their first or second choice in any campus lots containing reserved parking space inventory.

Reserved Parking Program spaces are currently located in the following Faculty/Staff (B) Lots: Bookstore North, Bookstore West, Bulla, Dunne, Fischer, Grace, ROTC, Stadium, Stayer and Wilson. There is no cost to be placed on the waitlist.

The cost for a reserved space is $600/annually (Effective August 1, 2026). This fee is scheduled as a pre-tax payroll deduction at $50 per month. 

Waitlist Management Available via Your ParkND Account

Log in to your ParkND account, and visit the Parking Portal to add, edit, or delete your Reserved Parking waitlist preferences.

You may edit your lot choices (there is a two lot maximum) at any time. You may also view your rank (or position) on each waiting list via ParkND.

The Parking Services Office will notify you via email when a space becomes available within your specified lot choice(s). Should you decline the available space; your name will be removed from that lot listing. You will remain on the list for your secondary choice; and/or you may enter another lot choice in ParkND.

If you decide to opt out of the program and forfeit your space, please email our office at parking@nd.edu. We will provide you with the cancellation forms for your signature. Your payroll deduction will be halted upon return of the Reserved Space (Z) parking permit and the cancellation form. If needed, you will be provided with a new standard parking permit for your vehicle.
